Juxtabook takes authors' books to the next level by coaching authors to think Beyond the Book by refining their books, author branding, and marketing to fit the author's personal mission.

Authors are the Hero of Juxtabook's Story.

Brief History

Juxtabook began in 2012 by building eBooks and video-enhanced eBooks for authors who wanted to increase their distribution.  Since 2012 Juxtabook has evolved into an agency representing authors and their books to publishing houses as well as guiding authors on self-publishing their book.

In 2023 Juxtabook will expand its service offerings and launch a series of courses that represent the full knowledge base of the two co-founders, Zach Kristensen and Annie Oswald.

Zach Kristensen

Zach has been in the publishing industry since 2011 and has worked with dozens of authors to publish and launch their book. His previous roles include working as a Senior Project Manager to oversee the development and launch campaigns of five Wall Street Journal Bestselling books and multiple Amazon Bestselling books.

He is continually enhancing his knowledge to coach authors in developing their books and having successful launch campaigns. As a Cofounder, Zach envisions building a library of articles, best practices, and world-class courses for authors to be successful.

Zach holds a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and is a Certified Coach through the Columbia Coaching Program. He holds a Bachelor in Psychology from Weber State University.

Zach enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, developing his hobbies, and most of all supporting his wife and two children to achieve their goals.

Annie Oswald

Annie has been in the publishing industry for more than two decades. She is currently the Global Director of Media Publisher for FranklinCovey. She has worked with authors and publishers from all over the world. Annie has been involved in writing, editing, project management, and rights sales of over two dozen books--some of which have become international bestsellers. She takes great pride in having been the project manager of the global best-selling books The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens and The 6 Most Important Decisions.

Annie's life passion is to help others find their life passions and helps them to focus on how to use their talents to reach their goals. Annie has done speaking engagements all over the world and she has taught the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People at the local community college. She earned a bachelor of arts degree in English from Brigham Young University.

Annie's hobbies include travel--she's been to every continent except for Antarctica; she loves to read--both fiction and non-fiction; and above all else loves spending time with her family--her husband and four married daughters and their families.
